Don't know how they do it, but these pills really work. I don't feel like eating all the time now and just eat my keto meals. The weight is coming off in buckets, LOL! Went from a size 18-20 down to a size 16 within 2 weeks. I don't know how it works if you just take them and don't follow keto, but I've been doing keto AND supplementing with these pills and the weight loss is much higher than I could have hoped for. My blood sugar has evened out and my doctor is happy to see that I'm getting healthier and no longer show symptoms of pre-diabetes. Will buy this again and again! Highly recommend.
